San Francisco’s Western Addition neighborhood sits just west of Van Ness Avenue, and comprises several smaller microhoods, including the Fillmore District, Anza Vista, and Alamo Square. No matter which direction Western Addition residents need to commute, there is a convenient transportation option within a short walk. Both Twitter and Uber Headquarters are located near the Van Ness BART Station, which can be accessed by numerous bus routes or a quick rideshare. U.S Route 101 is located near the southeast corner of Western Addition, and easily connects to Highway 80 for commuters traveling to Oakland or other cities in the East Bay Area.
